1. Demo status
EB Payments is an international demonstration interface. Real payments, withdrawals and broker orders are disabled. A legal operator and licensed service have not yet been established. Before public launch, the operator must publish its legal identity and assess applicable requirements.
2. Eligibility
Register, confirm your email and provide a correct date of birth showing age 18+ before using demo operations. This educational age check is not documentary identity verification. Provide accurate information and do not share account access.
3. Account protection
Protect your password, device and sign-in credentials. You may enable authenticator-based 2FA and save single-use recovery codes. Security changes require reauthentication and revoke earlier sessions. Contact support if account access is compromised.
4. Virtual balances
All demo balances and positions are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Initial virtual balances are 100,000 USD and 10,000 EUR. A simulated transfer debits your demo balance and records activity without paying the recipient. Demo Bank does not connect to a real bank account.
5. Prices and fees
The current demo charges no fees. Orders and exchange use clearly marked fixed educational prices independent of live market prices. Third-party market charts are separate. Any real-service fees and execution terms must be established before real operations are enabled.
6. Appropriate use
Use only your own account, provide accurate information and do not interfere with the service or upload malicious content. The operator may restrict abusive use and investigate reported issues. The demo may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
7. Markets
Demo orders are not sent to a broker. Chart availability and delays depend on the data provider and exchange permissions. Educational prices and outcomes do not promise returns and are not personal investment recommendations. Additional symbols available through the external chart are chart-only.
8. Support and referrals
Ticket attachments may include photos, videos, documents and other files, up to 20 MB each and 100 MB per ticket. The owner and authorized support can upload only while the ticket is open. Upload files you are entitled to share; do not send passwords, PINs, CVVs or malicious files. A referral gives the inviter and new user 1,000 virtual USD each after the new user confirms email and age and first visits the demo account. Each referral is rewarded once. Rewards have no cash value.
9. Errors and closure
Review the recipient, amount and currency before confirming a simulated operation. Report errors through support. Account closure and data requests may be submitted through support. These draft terms do not exclude responsibilities or user rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Legal details and updates
The operator must define its legal identity, applicable law and dispute arrangements before contracting for regulated services. These terms remain a project draft. Material changes must be communicated and users must be able to stop using the service.
Demo requests, receipts and alerts
Guest demo funds exist only in the open page and reset on reload. Ordinary demo transfers simulate a recipient and do not credit another account. Payment requests can move virtual funds between eligible registered demo accounts; they expire after seven days and a paid request cannot be paid again. Demo receipts are not proof of a real bank payment. Rate alerts use fixed teaching rates and are evaluated when you open the notification centre; no live quote monitoring, background email or push delivery is promised. Referral rewards follow the programme page and have no cash value. If an account is blocked, contact ebpayments.support@gmail.com to ask for review.
